66ff Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

Welcome to 66ff. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 66ff ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 66ff website, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 66ff. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update your details promptly if they change.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activities conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility. KYC Verification

66ff operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed or at any point the Platform deems it necessary. 66ff reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66ff Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66ff does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. Third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own service charges, which are outside 66ff's control.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the 66ff Platform:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 66ff at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 66ff wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, 66ff will investigate and credit the amount as soon as possible.
• 66ff does not accept cash deposits or deposits via anonymous payment methods. All transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering screening.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules govern all withdrawal requests on the 66ff Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 66ff reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

66ff offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash except via the defined wagering pathway.
• 66ff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any bonus credited in error will be reversed without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through multi-account exploitation, collusion, or systematic pattern betting designed solely to clear bonus requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

66ff is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games hosted on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines, meaning every outcome is statistically independent of all prior outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 66ff will use game server logs to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Sports betting odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager.
• 66ff reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of betting, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 66ff Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or using another person's account, or opening an account in a false name or on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit loopholes in the Platform's software, or systematically arbitrage odds in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 66ff staff through any in-platform communication channel.

7. Responsible Gaming

66ff is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders on request:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap to control your spending.
• Session time-out: set a reminder or hard stop after a defined session length to limit continuous play.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66ff's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 66ff expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 66ff has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 66ff's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by 66ff in good faith to void a bet, suspend an account, or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation, where that decision is later determined to have been made on incomplete information.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by 66ff is governed by the 66ff Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available on the Platform at all times. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. 66ff processes personal data only as necessary to provide the Platform services, verify player identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. 11. Amendments to These Terms

66ff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures communicated by 66ff at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
